In addition to a successful consulting practice, Tom was on the executive team at Carol.com, a disruptive business model eCommerce Retail concept focused on changing the way healthcare is consumed and reimbursed in the U.S. He is veteran of UnitedHealth Group with a series of progressive management and executive roles. He also has experience in health care administration and systems consulting with positions at both St. Louis University Medical Center and Management Systems of Wausau.
